2.1Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

2.2Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example, the URL or IP address).

2.3Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).

2.4A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

2.5A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2.6Your physical or electronic signature.

3.1On receipt of a valid complaint, we will review it and, where appropriate, forward it to the responsible customer and/or request removal of the allegedly infringing material within a stated timeframe.

3.2As an infrastructure provider, we generally require the customer to action the removal. Where the customer fails to respond or the situation warrants, we may disable access to the material or suspend the affected Service.

3.3For severe or repeated infringement, we may terminate the Account.

5.1Reports of spam, malware, phishing, network attacks, fraud, or other abuse should also be sent to abuse@ixnodes.com, with as much detail as possible (timestamps, IP addresses, logs, headers).

5.2We handle such reports under our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the range of enforcement actions available to us, up to and including immediate suspension or termination for severe cases.
