2.1Account and contact data: name, email address, postal address, phone number, company name, and business identifiers you provide on registration.

2.2Billing data: billing address, tax/VAT identifiers, and payment-related information. Card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and cryptocurrency payments by Cryptomus; we do not store full card numbers.

2.3Verification data: where KYC or fraud checks apply, identity or business verification information.

2.4Technical and usage data: IP addresses, log data, timestamps, device and browser information, and records of your interactions with the portal and Services.

2.5Support data: information you provide when you contact support.

2.6Abuse and security data: information collected through abuse monitoring and security systems, including traffic metadata and forensic records, used to protect our network and comply with legal obligations.

3.1To provide and operate the Services and your Account — performance of a contract.

3.7To send marketing communications, where permitted — consent or legitimate interests, with an opt-out available at any time.

5.1ixnodes is operated by a UAE entity, with primary infrastructure currently located in Germany (EU). Personal data may be transferred between the EU/EEA and the UAE and other jurisdictions where we or our sub-processors operate.

5.2The UAE is not currently subject to an EU adequacy decision. Where we transfer personal data of EU/EEA individuals outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.

5.3As a UAE-domiciled provider, ixnodes is not subject to the United States CLOUD Act. This is described further in our Data Processing Agreement.

6.1We retain Account and billing data for as long as your Account is active and thereafter as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

6.2Technical, log, and abuse/forensic data are retained for limited periods appropriate to their purpose (for example, security forensic snapshots are retained for a limited window before deletion).

6.3We delete or anonymize personal data when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.
