This Refund and Billing Policy explains how billing, renewals, and refunds work for the ixnodes Services operated by Innovatex Digital FZCO (IFZA, Dubai, license no. 49371). It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
1BILLING CYCLE
1.1Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled.
1.2Invoices are issued before the start of each billing period. Payment is due on the invoice date.
1.3Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable.
2PAYMENT METHODS
2.1We accept payment by card (via Stripe), cryptocurrency (via Cryptomus), and bank wire transfer.
2.2You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
3RENEWALS AND CANCELLATION
3.1To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the renewal date through your Account.
3.2Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund the current period except as expressly stated in this Policy.
4REFUNDS
4.1General rule: fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out below or as required by applicable mandatory consumer law.
4.2Money-back guarantee. First-time customers who order a standard monthly VPS or compute plan paid by card may request a full refund of the base plan fee within seven (7) days of initial provisioning by contacting billing@ixnodes.com. The guarantee may be used once per customer and covers the first paid month of the base plan only. It does not apply to: renewals; annual plans (see 4.3); orders paid by cryptocurrency or bank wire (see Section 5); setup fees, add-ons, overages, domain registrations, SSL certificates, or other one-time or third-party charges; or Services suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, AUP, or Fair Usage Policy.
4.3Annual plans: where a refund applies, it is calculated pro-rata for the unused full months, less any non-refundable setup, usage, or discount adjustments, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
4.4No refunds are given for: Services terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, AUP, or Fair Usage Policy; partial billing periods after voluntary cancellation; setup fees; domain registrations; SSL certificates; or other third-party or non-returnable items once issued.
4.5Add-ons, overages, and one-time charges are non-refundable once incurred.
5CRYPTOCURRENCY AND WIRE PAYMENTS
5.1Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain. We cannot reverse a cryptocurrency transaction. Any approved refund of a crypto-funded order will, at our discretion, be issued as account credit or by another method, and may be subject to exchange-rate and network-fee differences.
5.2Bank wire payments, once received, are non-reversible by us. Approved refunds are issued by wire to the originating account where practical, net of bank fees.
6ACCOUNT CREDIT
6.1We may, at our discretion, issue account credit in place of a monetary refund. Account credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and applies to future ixnodes invoices.
6.2SLA service credits are governed by the SLA and are not cash-refundable.
7NON-PAYMENT, SUSPENSION, AND DATA DELETION
7.1If an invoice is overdue, we may suspend the affected Services after notice.
7.2Following continued non-payment, we may terminate the Account and delete associated Content and data. You are responsible for retrieving your data before termination.
7.3Reactivation of a suspended Account may be subject to a fee and to settlement of outstanding balances.
8CHARGEBACKS
8.1If you dispute a charge, contact us first at billing@ixnodes.com; most issues can be resolved directly.
8.2Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination. You are responsible for chargeback fees and outstanding balances.
9PRICE CHANGES
9.1We may change prices. Changes to recurring fees take effect on your next renewal after reasonable notice.
9.2Promotional pricing applies only for its stated term; standard pricing applies thereafter.
10INVOICES AND RECORDS
Invoices are available in your Account. You are responsible for keeping your billing and tax information accurate.
